The Florida Department of Health in Liberty County offers the following family planning services:

  • Pregnancy testing
  • Physical exams including pap smear and breast examinations
  • Family planning education
  • Counseling and referrals

Service fees are based on a sliding fee scale.

Appointments

Family Planning services are available Monday through Friday. New Patient appointments and Annual Exams are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Open Access appointments are available.
