Florida Department of Health in Liberty County

Promoting good health and helping people learn about the health risks of chronic disease is one of our goals. Through programs that focus on chronic disease and injury prevention, we educate and inform the public on a variety of health topics including healthy lifestyles, diabetes prevention, heart disease and stroke. We teach classes and hold seminars, attend health events and design and distribute materials to improve health outcomes in the community.
